This will look completely different to what you are used to at your primary school.You will see different teachers, different students and lots of different classrooms every day. Break times and lunch times will also be different.

You can enter the school building from 8.00am onwards through the Student entrance. This leads directly into the main hall and the gully where you can purchase food for breakfast between 8.00am and 8.20am.

8.35am - Bell  sounded for all students to make their way to Form Time

8.40am - Start of the school day – Tutor time or assembly

9.00-10.00am - Lesson 1

10.00-11.00am - Lesson 2

11.00-11.20am - Break - At break time you are allowed to go into the main hall or outside onto the tennis courts. This is a social space where students sit or stand and talk to their friends. This is also a chance to see your teachers if you need to  speak to them.

11.20-12.20pm - Lesson 3

12.20-1.00pm - Lunch - At lunch time we open up the same areas, and sometimes the school fields. Students again can use these spaces to socialise with their friends or organise sporting activities. Students are not allowed into the building at break time or lunchtime, as often at lunchtime other year groups are still having lessons.

1.00-2.00pm - Lesson 4

2.00-3.00pm - Lesson 5

3.00pm - At 3.00, it is time to go home or you may stay behind to join in some extra-curricular  activities. A list of these will be in your form room. These are not just  sports clubs, we have clubs for many areas of the curriculum.
